GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders, processed by customers through the online shop of Colorez.se. Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at order@colorez.se to notify us of the nature of the query. All pages of this site including all pictures are property of Colorez.se and are protected by the Copyright Protection Act. Copying and distribution require the written consent of Colorez.se.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The product representations in the online shop serve as submission of an offer to buy. By placing the order you enter into a legally binding acceptance of offer to buy. Colorez.se will accept your offer by dispatching the goods. However, offers will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the goods or their prices as shown on this website. In certain cases, we may ask you for proof of identification and generally reserve the right not to enter into contract. In the rare case that goods are not deliverable, Colorez.se reserves the right to accept an offer in part. As the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitorīs display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is carried out alternatively by advance payment (paypal) or Payson (online credit card processor). If you choose advance payment, we will inform you of our bank details in the order confirmation. The amount stated on the invoice has then to be transferred to our account.
All Prices on our website are provided inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges are not included in the price. Our complete Shipping and Handling Costs table can be found under Shipping & Returns. We reserve the right to amend prices on the site at any time.
We generally deliver to the countries listed in the delivery table. If you require a deliver to a country that is not in listed, please contact our customer service. Delivery times, unless otherwise stipulated are between approx. 1-5 working days. When ordering goods from Colorez.se for overseas deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
RANGE CHANGE
Colorez.se reserve the right to make changes in its range and has the right to remove goods from its range before a purchase has gone through. Colorez.se reserve the right to cancel an order if they dont have the desired product in stock.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, insurrection, governmental action, strikes, lockouts, blockade, natural disaster or similar events will Colorez.se be able to apply themselves to force majeure. This means that this agreement need not be fully realized. If this occurs, we will attempt to inform the customer about this.
We follow the Consumer Complaints Boards decision if any dispute arise.
PROTECTION OF DATA PRIVACY
Your personal information is used to process your order. This information remains strictly confidential. Colorez.se may use your data to fulfill your order but for no further purposes. With your consent we may also contact you for marketing purposes by e-mail or direct mail.
FINAL REGULATION
The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with Swedish law, excluding UN-commerce law, even when ordering from or delivering to a country other than Swedish. Should one point of these Terms & Conditions be ineffective, the contract remains effective. Instead of the ineffective regulation, the appropriate legal regulations are valid. |
